How can I sign up for a class?

If you are new to Bliss, you can sign up on our scheduling platform PunchPass. You would create your own account and then be able to book in for the class you wish to attend. If your first class is a “Drop In” class, it is free to try – just book your spot and turn up for your chosen session. If Pole Dancing is what you want to try first, you will need to find our next 6 week course start date, and book into the 6 week session that works for you.

Step 1: Create an account

Step 2: Book into your first free class OR Purchase a pass or membership for Drop In Classes, or Book into and pay for a Pole Course or Specialty Workshop

Step 3: You can go into your account at anytime to view your passes, memberships, upcoming or past bookings.

Please note: We ask that you please register at least one hour before drop-in classes start. If a class doesn’t hit the class minimum, you will be notified (if you are booked in) through the PunchPass platform via email. You can still turn up 5-10 minutes before class without a booking, but you wouldn’t be notified of any changes that may have happened, and won’t be compensated for any cancelled or changed classes.

Is there parking available?

We have our own parking lot downtown, and if it is full there is ample street parking or Farmers Market parking.

Do I have to be fit and strong already to attend Pole Classes
No – people often assume you need to be able to do pull ups and push ups and lift your body weight in order to try Pole Dancing. This is not the case – we work on your strength in every class, you get stronger each week as the course progresses, and you work your way up to those more challenging/demanding moves. It will be challenging for everyone as it will make your work your upper body and core in new ways – but the results, and the fun, make it totally worth the effort
I am uncoordinated - can I still try your dance Fitness classes?

We get this one all the time – coordination can take time and practice. We recommend starting with our “The b.class®” or “Konga®” classes first as they are simpler to follow, and then working on your coordination, and having fun, in those classes we recommend then trying Zumba and Pound. We highly recommend purchasing a “Discover Bliss” pass – a 2 week unlimited membership for just $30 – so you can try them all and see what works best for you.
