Bliss Be Fit has you covered! Our facility includes a small studio with a spacious floor plan and a stage, a kitchen area, two washrooms, and a private parking lot for your convenience.
We offer a variety of classes for your private functions and can provide an instructor tailored to your special event. Want something extra? Our instructors are available as a troupe for performances! Plus, our space is available for private rentals, with tables and chairs available upon request.

Our Facility
Stagette Parties
Pole courses or Lap Dancing Parties are a fun way to break the ice for private functions like stagettes, girls’ nights out, all-women staff parties, or any excuse to get together and party! We offer pole dance sessions (no experience necessary), mini lap dance lessons, Zumba sessions, or a custom fitness program designed for you and your friends!
We have 15 Poles at our studio, along with a small open studio space to dance dance dance . You can even rent the space for before or after your party and host the whole event here! Our acts are classy and demonstrate strength, art and creative dance. From a Salsa, Hip Hop or Zumba performance, to specialized Wedding routines, birthday celebration routines, couples dance routines…you name it.

*1 Hour- $190
*1.5 Hours- $240
*does not include room rental for before and after your instructed dance session. Please add $20 per 30 minutes for additional time to use the studio for party space.
* We DO NOT provide Male Entertainment or shows for bachelor parties etc.
Private Lessons
Can’t make it to any of our pole dancing courses? Do you prefer one on one time to really get the most out of your Pole dancing time? Well, we do offer private lessons for 1, 2 or 3 people at a time. Choose your time and day, and an instructor will be there for you!!
One person, 1 hour – $60
Two people, 1 hour – $100
Three people, 1 hour – $140
