Often times, through experiences in life, we unconsciously block this energy – we close off our authentic expression and ability to connect deeply… and it disconnects us from a great power deep within.

Join us for an fun and uplifting 2-hour workshop designed to help you explore your sensuality, boost your confidence, and simply have a blast! Throughout this session, we will guide you through a series of easy-to-follow choreography, emphasizing fluid movements, body awareness, and connection with your inner rhythm.
Babywearing Dance Fitness Mini Series – Starting May 6 & 10, 24
This Babywearing Dance Fitness Mini Series is a fun and exciting way to meet other Parents, bond with baby, and have fun while getting fit! We will spend 45 minutes dancing with our babies to fun upbeat tunes, followed by time to visit with the other care givers and take care of our wee ones. All dances and exercises are beginner-friendly, and we always welcome two left feet!
