This workshop is geared towards beginners, but all levels are welcome! Sarah will take you through some core twerk moves as you warm up to some awesome music. Then you will learn a short and simple choreo routine. Song will be “Tap In” by Saweetie
Stick around after the class for filming if you’re interested. Sarah will edit clips and post the video for you all to share to your social media accounts if you so desire.
What to wear; whatever you want! If you’re feeling sassy, go ahead and wear some cheeky shorts.
No judgments In this class and all beautiful bodies are welcomed and celebrated. If this is not for you, try one of our other classes like pole courses, or pound events.
